How the Heck to Phind Phil

Teams needed to collect eight Secret Letters (SLs) by:

1.    In the Instructions, teams read Secret Letter is Z

2.    The answer on the Vegas puzzle is “Secret Letter is N”

3.    When teams opens Phil’s Little Book they see the SL is the letter after the first D, which is O (after “and” on the card)

4.    The answer on the Phergie puzzle is “Secret Letter is J”

5.    The answer on the Movie puzzle is “Secret Letter is I”

6.    The singer at Fergie’s told you a Secret Letter is G (well, he said R, but I corrected that!)

7.    Per the phone instructions, teams found Q hidden on the instruction sheet (visible using the black light in the phone booth)

8.    Lastly, Ed texted that the last Secret Letter is T

When teams received the Final Clue, they needed to do several things:

First, using the instruction cover page, they had to find the letters that the rainbow beams crossed and put them in the color (ROYGBiV) order, which gives AHNRNO, then use the letter wheel to find the opposite letter = NUAEAB.

Second, they had to find the location of the SLs in Phil’s Little Book to determine the order of the letters: T, N or G, Z, O or N, J, G or O, Q, I

Third, add the SLs (two possibilities: TNZOJGQI or TGZNJOQI) and the reversed rainbow letters (NUAEAB(NU)) – the correct combo gets them HIATKIED.

Lastly, unscramble the letters to get TIKI HEAD!
